Daniela has 288 hours of international senior leadership experience in the fields of Sales, Strategic Management, Business Development, Shared Services Centers, Customer Service, etc. She has a proven track record in building from scratch and transforming large scale organizations globally, delivering exceptional business results in times of complex transformations, and extending trustful long-term engagement with customers/ partners/ stakeholders.
In addition to Daniela’s success stories in establishing strong team brands, during her career she has successfully led more than 2000 employees, developed over 100 leaders and 80 high potential employees for various senior roles.
Daniela is certified and accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with extensive individual and team coaching experience. She is a member of the ICF Global, as well as of the ICF New York City charter chapter.
Daniela is a trained facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEI&B) advocate, business mentor, trainer and public speaker.

Since 2019, she has built strong expertise as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, working across Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains within high-performance computing, Big Data, and cybersecurity environments. Collaborating daily with professionals from over 16 nationalities across 10 countries, she developed a nuanced understanding of how people think, communicate, and perform in complex, multicultural settings.
Today, Valeriya integrates this experience into her work as a facilitator and coach — designing and delivering workshops that go beyond traditional learning formats. Through methods such as LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, business coaching and mentoring, and experiential facilitation, she creates spaces where individuals and teams can think differently, align around what matters, and translate insight into action.

Kristiana Mihaleva graduated in Industrial Business Economics at the "D.A. Tzenov" Academy, Svishov, Bulgaria, and has specialized in entrepreneurship. In recent years she has worked in various positions in companies as diverse as business model and size in the fields of real estate, HoReCa, entertainment, etc.
Since 2018 she is a certified life coach with experience in sports, healthy lifestyle and nutrition, work-life balance and mindfulness.
Kristiana believes that each person is unique and the most effective path for interaction is through active listening, building trust and empathic communication.
