Having held leadership roles at Hewlett Packard( Q)/ Hewlett Packard Enterprise for 15 years, overseeing the constant transformation of organizations, I’ve had the privilege of growing through mentorship with 15 C-suite executives. These invaluable relationships began formally, as these professionals fostered a safe environment where I could leverage their best practices, lessons learned, and cross-organizational expertise. Over time, these connections evolved into informal ones, guided by mutual respect and shared insights.

During my corporate career, these exceptional mentors inspired me to pay it forward, empowering 90 mentees to develop into NextGen Leaders.
