Valeriya Mihaleva is a Learning & Development Architect, certified business coach, and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, dedicated to designing transformative learning experiences for leaders, teams, and organizations.
With over a decade of international experience shaped in Brussels, Belgium, Valeriya brings a rare combination of strategic thinking, cross-cultural intelligence, and creative facilitation. Living and working at the intersection of multiple cultures, industries, and perspectives has deeply influenced her approach — one that values diversity, curiosity, and meaningful human connection.
Her professional journey bridges both corporate and developmental worlds. Since 2019, she has built strong expertise as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, working across Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains within high-performance computing, Big Data, and cybersecurity environments. Collaborating daily with professionals from over 16 nationalities across 10 countries, she developed a nuanced understanding of how people think, communicate, and perform in complex, multicultural settings.
Today, Valeriya brings this experience into her work as a facilitator, coach and mentor — designing and delivering workshops through LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and experiential approaches that support alignment, collaboration, and meaningful action.
As of 2026, Valeriya is a certified Talent Optimization Consultant in The Predictive Index® methodology, working with Releasing Potential — RPX2, an elite certified partner of The Predictive Index®.
